A2E. “A2E” is the common commercial name/brand used for the Seller Platform and logistics services offered by the A2E group, including A2E VN and A2E SHIP PTE. LTD. (Singapore), as applicable. “A2E” is not, by itself, the name of a separate contracting legal entity. It is a separate legal entity within the A2E group, and is the relevant Platform/service provider only to the extent identified in the applicable terms and transaction documents. The use of the A2E brand does not automatically make A2E VN the contracting party for services supplied by another A2E entity.

Article 7
Cross-border Personal Data Processing
- 7.1

International shipping may require personal data to be accessed or transferred to transit/destination countries, overseas carriers or A2E group/technology locations, potentially including Singapore. We will take applicable steps concerning notice, lawful transfer grounds, transfer documentation, safeguards and regulatory requirements under the laws relevant to the transfer. The specific hosting and transfer destinations must be verified against actual Platform operations.
- 7.2
Transfer Requirements. Cross-border processing must comply with applicable notices, lawful transfer conditions, assessments, records, contractual safeguards and information security duties.
- 7.3
Protection. We shall take measures appropriate to the related risks and legal duties to protect transferred data and restrict use to lawful purposes.

We retain data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the disclosed purposes, legitimate dispute/claim needs and applicable tax, accounting, customs, contractual and other legal obligations.
